NSW: Teens charged over freeway rock attacks

Six teenagers allegedly caught throwing rocks at cars on a Sydney freeway will face court.

Police say six 14-year-old boys were arrested at a footbridge over the M7 Freeway at
Quakers Hill in Sydney's west .. about 2.40 (AEST) yesterday afternoon.

A police spokesman says the teenagers were each charged with two counts of malicious
damage .. and were issued notices to appear at Cobham Children's Court on October 3.

No-one was injured and no motor vehicles were damaged.
