NSW: Qantas building evacuated after acid spill

A Qantas building near Sydney airport has been evacuated after an acid spill sent fumes
swirling through its air conditioning system.

NSW Fire Brigade Superintendent IAN KRIMMER says the Qantas administration building
in Mascot was evacuated as a precaution after a small acid spill in a bin.

He says the airport itself was not affected.

It's not known how many people were in the building at the time.
